App: Boopity Boppity

This app is a two-player game in which a word is randomly presented (either "boop" or "bop") and players must race to press the corresponding button before their opponent does. Players get a score of +1 for correct booping or bopping or -1 for incorrect booping or bopping. First to a score of 10 wins!

Published Paper: Higher altitude leads to increased risk of venous thromboembolism after acetabular and pelvic ring injury

This paper investigates how altitude relates to risk of venous thromboembolism after acetabular and pelvic ring injury. The study ultimately found from the data collected that higher altitudes were associated with greater risk of pulmonary embolism at 30 days postoperative and greater risk of both pulmonary embolism and deep vein thrombosis at 90 days postoperative.
